In our quest for intricate solutions, we often overlook the elegance of simplicity. Remember, a simpler solution is usually more efficient, easier to maintain, and less prone to errors.

It's easy for us as software developers to want to chase shiny new technology and new innovative solutions for things. However, it's a great reminder for us to practice leaning into our foundations. We have many architectural patterns that can be applied to code bases to assist us with organization. We have design patterns and know many performant algorithms we can utilize in our solutions.
